TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING & PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and begin work on your project.

The remaining 50% is payable once recording is complete, before the final files are delivered.

Payment of the deposit confirms your acceptance of these terms.

2. RECORDING & DELIVERABLES

I'll work with you to create drum parts that suit your music, whether you're providing an existing arrangement or need something developed from scratch.

All recordings are professionally tracked and edited, with the following delivery options:

• Multitrack recordings: Individual drum microphone channels supplied as WAV files, ready for mixing.
• Mixed drum stems: Available for an additional $50 AUD per song, delivered as five stereo stems: Kick, Snare, Toms, Cymbals and Room.

Files are delivered digitally via a download link.

3. REVISIONS

Each song includes two rounds of revisions to make sure you're happy with the performance.

This covers reasonable adjustments to drum parts, fills, grooves and other performance details.

Major changes to the song's structure, tempo or arrangement after recording may incur additional charges.

Additional revisions are $50 AUD per round.

4. TURNAROUND TIMES

I'll provide an estimated turnaround time before starting your project.

I'll always aim to meet the agreed timeframe, but turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the music, workload and any requested revisions.

If anything changes, I'll keep you updated.

5. OWNERSHIP & CREDITS

Once full payment has been received, you're free to use the completed drum recordings in your project, including commercial releases, streaming and promotional material.

Where musician credits are included, I'd appreciate being credited as:

Drums – Dave D'Amore

I may also share excerpts of completed, publicly released projects as examples of my work, unless we've agreed otherwise.

6. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

If you need to cancel before recording begins, we'll discuss a refund based on any preparation or work already completed.

Once recording has started, the deposit is generally non-refundable, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If I'm unable to complete the agreed work, we'll arrange an appropriate refund or alternative solution.

7. WHAT I'LL NEED FROM YOU

To get started, I'll generally need:

• A demo or backing track.
• Tempo/BPM information, if available.
• Any reference tracks or specific ideas you have in mind.
• Notes on song structure, arrangement or particular drum parts.

The more information you provide upfront, the easier it is to get everything sounding right.

8. FILE DELIVERY & STORAGE

Final recordings will be supplied digitally once the remaining balance has been paid.

Please download and back up your files once received. While I'll generally retain project files for a period after completion, long-term storage isn't guaranteed.
